Meet virtually with MSC experts from around the world
The digital format of AFL ON this year means that participants can join from anywhere in the world.
MSC invites attendees to network, connect and arrange online business meetings with our 20 participating colleagues from over 10 countries, including Australia, China, Ecuador, Germany, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and USA.
The global demand for fruits has been growing over the years. In Asia, sizeable markets such as China are key export destinations for fruit exporters from other regions such as Latin America.
This year, Peru is the official partner country for Asia Fruit Logistica ON. According to statistics from the country’s promotional agency, PromPeru, Peru’s trade with Asia in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector has grown considerably over the last few years, Currently, fruits such as grapes, bananas, avocados, blueberries and citrus dominate the country’s fresh produce exports to Asia.
MSC will be promoting how our comprehensive global service coverage, in-depth reefer expertise and updated reefer fleet, can help fruit producers from around the world grow their business to new heights.
One of the focus areas include our growing intra-Asia network. For example, MSC's Seahorse service launched in July 2020 offers extensive coverage of eight countries in Asia, and can facilitate many types of exports, such as longans from Thailand and durians from Vietnam. The Seagull service is another strong service for fruit exports, especially from Vietnam and Thailand to China.
