MSC is pleased to announce that the MSC Sailing Team will return to water after a break of a year and a half.
For this new season, the team will raise the bar high starting by racing the Bol d’Or Mirabaud, the World biggest inland lake regatta, welcoming more than 400 participants despite the pandemic.
For this 82nd edition, Bol d’Or Mirabaud organizing committee has the honour to have Jean Le Cam, a well-known French sailor who finished 4th in the last Vendée Globe, as the ambassador of the race.
MSC is built on maritime heritage. We have a genuine passion for the sea and a strong commitment to our employees and communities. This makes sailing a natural fit for our business and corporate values. We are a family company that cares for the environment and our people. Sailing is one of the greenest sports in the world and by nature promotes the preservation of marine environment. We need clean seas to properly perform in both, competitions and in business.
Running 12-13 June, the MSC Sailing Team will sail onboard MSC Team, a Psaros 33 boat skippered by the experienced Nicolas Groux, and Damien Benard, David Bendell, Fabio Di Rosa, Lars Termansen, Olivier Raison et Paulo Quariguasy.
The team is very excited and looking forward to this race and the coming ones!
Follow the race with live video on the Bol d’Or Mirabaud website, Radio Lac and RTS.
