MSC Speaks on Digitalisation, Innovation and Technology at Cool Logistics Global Conference

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is proud to sponsor and participate in Cool Logistics Global conference, the leading event and forum for logistics, shipping and supply chain professionals focusing on perishable cargoes.

For its 12th edition, the conference will be offered in a virtual format under the theme: “Redesigning the Cold Chain: Imagine, Transform, Rebuild”, and is scheduled to take place between 13-15 October.

The three-day conference includes a series of live speaker sessions and online panel discussions as well as virtual networking opportunities to ensure participants can exchange and take part in debates around the industry's critical issues.

Taking part in a live session beginning at 11.30am BST on 14 October, Andre Simha, Chief Digital & Information Officer at MSC, and Chairman of the Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA), will explain how he believes the industry can tackle the world’s biggest challenges impacting the cold chain with the help of digital technology and what the future holds for everyone involved – shippers, consignees and supply chain actors at large. 

Representatives of MSC will also host a session at 11.00am, just before Andre's keynote speaking slot, to introduce our reefer expertise and ongoing commitment to investing in our fleet and equipment, and provide summary conclusions at the close of the conference on 15 October.
