Due to the congestion issue in Antwerp port impacting schedule reliability and causing delays to shipments, MSC has decided to combine the calls at Antwerp for its Griffin and Lion services starting from week 28, for the duration of 6 weeks.
Consequently, the Griffin service will omit Antwerp and induce Le Havre instead, while the Lion service will omit Le Havre but retain the call at Antwerp.
The updated ports in Europe that the two services will call at are:
- Griffin service: Rotterdam – Le Havre – Felixstowe (instead of Rotterdam – Antwerp – Felixstowe)
- Lion service: Sines – Antwerp – Felixstowe (instead of Sines – Antwerp – Le Havre – Felixstowe)
