Connecting Gambia to the world
MSC Gambia has been helping customers to ship their cargo worldwide since 2010. Today, one of the leading shipping companies in The Gambia, MSC Gambia can ship more than 4,000 TEUS annually to destinations around the world.
Groundnuts, sesame, cashew nuts, scrap metals, and fish and seafood products are the main export commodities from the Gambia, with most of them destined for the Far East, India, the EU and the US.
The country’s main imports are mostly finished products and foodstuffs from the Far East, the EU, the US and other parts of the world. Given the size of the country, the bulk of these imports transit to neighboring countries.
