Panama Canal Emergency Surcharge - WMED, Adriatic, NWC and ScanBaltic to US, Canada and Mexico WC

Dear Customers,
The recent restrictions in crossing the Panama Canal will have a direct impact on our operational costs.
To maintain our continued level of service, from 1 January 2024 we will implement a Panama Canal Emergency Surcharge (PCES) of 80 USD / TEU applicable for all containers to cover additional costs for passing the Panama Canal.
We thank you for your understanding and patience and we will keep you updated with further developments.
Any other elements of the price, for the relevant trades published on msc.com, still apply and remain unchanged.
