Further to recent news from Qatar Ports Management Company, MSC wishes to confirm details of the forthcoming migration of all container vessel operations from current Doha Port to the new Hamad Port.

The new Hamad Port becomes fully effective as of THURSDAY 1st DECEMBER.

Please note main specific dates around transitions and operational changes:

HAMAD PORT
Gates will open for export from WEDNESDAY 23rd NOVEMBER
Vessels accepted for discharge and load operations THURSDAY 1st DECEMBER

DOHA PORT
Gates to be closed for export from 5pm on SATURDAY 26th NOVEMBER
Vessels will no longer be accepted for discharge and load operations after WEDNESDAY 30th NOVEMBER
