The first MSC containers were exported from Vietnam in 2002 and at that time, MSC was represented by a third-party agent. In 2005, MSC established our own office in the country and over the years, we have grown our local presence. We now have a total of over 160 employees in three offices in major economic hubs across Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Hai Phong, and are also represented by third-party agencies in Da Nang and Quy Nhon.

SOLAS VGM ベトナム

政府の承認状況
運輸省の指示に従い、ターミナル、ICD、フィーダー/バージオペレーターの承諾を得て、ターミナルと主要船社は以下の通り合意しました。
  • VGMはターミナルにハードコピーで提出、ICDはゲートイン時に荷主から提出。
  • ターミナルは、NO VGM = NO GATE IN AND NO LOADのポリシーを適用します。
  • 荷主は、船社のカットオフ時間に合わせてVGMを船社に提出する必要があります。
  • 10トン未満の貨物は500Kg、10トン以上は5％の公差があります。
  • 詳しくは運輸省のホームページをご覧ください。
VGMの説明書には何を書けばいいのか？
  • 以下の項目は必須項目であり、すべてのVGM指示書に記載されなければならない。
  • 予約番号または船荷証券番号
  • コンテナ番号
  • VGM -- Verified Gross Mass（検証済み総質量
  • 計量方法（1または2）
  • 権限のある者の署名者（荷送人の代理として行動する権限を持つVGMの提出者）
  • 責任者（荷送人名）
  • 船名と航海日数

MSC E-Portal for Import

MSC will release Electronic Delivery Order (EDO) via MSC E-Portal https://e-portal.msca.com.vn/ for Import shipments to all ports/ICDs.

EDO will be used for both container release and empty returned.

Consignee will need to register and access E-Portal to get debit note, request invoice, arrange payment and obtain EDO.

遅延損害金

2021年4月15日より、非クレジットカードのお客様に適用される遅延損害金を以下のように変更します。
- 本船出港後8日以内に未払い請求の決済をお願いします。
- この期間を過ぎると、遅延損害金が以下のように適用されます。
9日～15日：736,364VND/BL。
16日以降：請求書残高の1％または196.363ドンのどちらか高い方が遅延損害金として加算されます。
