Weight Limitation:

• Sihanoukville / Phnom Penh terminal: cargoes + tare weight must not exceed 25 tons/20' & 30 tons/40'.

“Consolidated cargo” is not a valid commodity in customs system, so this will not be accepted by customs for export processing.

 

Forbidden Goods:

• Weapon and ammunition; parts or accessories thereof.
• Illicit drugs and other psychotropic substances.
• Cultural works of art; cultural collector's pieces and antiques.
• Forest products and non-timber forest products.
• Centrifuge concentrate.
• Animal and plant that are symbol of Cambodia.
• Used commodities and personal effects are not allowed to ship via Phnom Penh port except if it's diplomatic goods and approved by both Cambodian and Vietnamese authorities.

• 24 hours prior to feeder/barge departure from transshipment ports (SIN, TPP, SGN, VUT,...) to Cambodia.

Special Customs Regulations:

Cambodia Customs (GDCE) has released new instruction for imports shipment entering to Cambodia port effective from 1st March 2024 on ASYHUB.
This declaration of 'Manifest & B/L' submission needs to be reported not later than 24 hours before vessels departure from last foreign port for the pre-arrival processing by Cambodian Customs.

MSC will submit the MBL & cargo declaration.

NVOCCs & Freight Forwarders, who are consignees of the shipments and issue own HBL, will report HBL information to ASYHUB.

滞留とは、コンテナの実際の積載日に適用される料金で、無料期間終了後、港湾やターミナル内外で運送業者の空のコンテナを使用するために発生するものです。この料金は、コンテナがカンボジアの検査を受けている間や、安全上の理由からコンテナ内の貨物を手直ししている間、または出港が遅れている間にも適用されることがあります。

VGM指示書提出のためのガイドライン

MSCは、貨物が引き渡される前に、荷送人確認済み総量（VGM）を受け取ることを希望しています。これにより、カンボジアの積地および中継地において、貨物に対して予期せぬ計量料金が課されることを回避することができ、その料金は記録的な荷主に請求されることになります。

VGMの最終提出期限は、CYカットオフ当日の現地時間午前10時とします。
