MSC offers to purchase Bollore Africa Logistics

 MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company confirms it has made an offer, under exclusivity until 31 March 2022, for 100% of Bolloré Africa Logistics. The offer concerns all of Bolloré Group’s shipping, logistics and terminals businesses in Africa. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and MSC is not commenting further at this stage of the process, but refers to the 20 December press release of Bolloré.
