Due to the ongoing global congestion challenges that are impacting liner schedule reliability, MSC has decided to temporarily adjust the rotation of its Gulf to SAEC String 1 for 14 weeks starting early February.
Consequently, on the southbound leg, alternate calls at Cristobal and Cartagena will serve each port on a fortnightly basis (note: the vessel Monte Pascoal will exceptionally cover both calls at Cristobal and Cartagena in the southbound direction) and Suape will be omitted.
Meanwhile, on the northbound leg, Salvador port will be called once every two weeks.
The first sailing with the revised rotation will be Athens Glory on voyage 204S, ETA Houston on 2 February 2022.
