Attn: customers with cargo onboard MSC ARIANE voyage QH111N

The container ship MSC ARIANE, deployed on our Pearl service, had to stop at sea due to an engine issue due to bad quality of fuel on 2 April while en route from Xiamen, China to Los Angeles, USA. The vessel has been diverted to Wakayama, Japan for repairs. 

MSC ARIANE was expected to berth in Los Angeles on 24 April. Due to the congestion in the Los Angeles area, we are now expecting a schedule adjustment to this original berthing plan.

MSC regrets any inconvenience caused by this incident and we will communicate again in due course as soon as we have updated information to pass on to you about the estimated arrival and berthing in Los Angeles.
