Chattogram Port Cargo Advisory

Please be informed that Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) has issued new instructions that any cargo discharged or loaded at Chattogram port should be properly packed or palletized during stuffing, with shipping marks attached, with effect from 01 January 2023.  

We therefore recommend that our customers strictly follow the correct packing directions for their containerised cargo to and from Bangladesh. Any non-compliant shipments may be subject to penalties by the port authority, which will be charged to the customer accordingly.
