MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is pleased to announce changes to its Asia to USA East Coast network.

Our EMERALD service will introduce a direct call to the Caribbean, with Cristobal becoming the first call of the otherwise unchanged rotation, and maintaining the same USEC transit times.

This will introduce a direct call from Hong Kong and will improve the transit times from Shanghai to Cristobal.

The first vessel impacted by the change will be the MSC Lisbon, voyage UL723E.

Taking place at the same time as this change, the LONE STAR service will omit Cristobal from its rotation, taking effect after Maersk Garonne 722E.

We are continually assessing our services in line with our customers’ requirements and regard these as positive changes on a busy global route.
