MSC Revamps Intra-Asia Network

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company continues to expand and enhance its intra-Asia network, including with new and upgraded services that will all come into effect by November 2022.
As part of this latest revamp of the network, the first sailings will be as follows:
- Dolphin - MSC CAPE III HV244A, ETA Shanghai 2 November – NEW SERVICE
Direct and fast connection from China to Indonesia & between Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and China
- New Origami - MSC AMEERA III HI244A, ETA Tokyo 30 October– UPGRADED SERVICE
New connection from Japan and South Korea to Vietnam and from the Philippines and Taiwan to South Korea and Japan.
- Seahorse - MSC COLETTE III HO244A, ETA Shanghai 4 November – UPGRADED SERVICE
Enhanced transit time from China and Taiwan to Malaysia and Singapore.
- Seagull - XIN BIN ZHOU HU244A, ETA Shanghai 1 November – REVISED SERVICE
New added call to China (Xiamen) and revised Malaysia rotation.
- Orchid - MSC KERRY HD244A, ETA Fuzhou 3 November – REVISED SERVICE
Revised rotation in South China and adjusted Malaysia rotation.
These enhancements to our intra-Asia network offer direct connections and comprehensive port coverage between Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia, while maintaining competitive transit times for long-haul cargo.

Shanghai – Ningbo – Xiamen – Tanjung Pelepas – Singapore – Jakarta – Surabaya – Tanjung Pelepas – Singapore – Laem Chabang – Vung Tau – Shanghai
New Origami service
Tokyo – Yokohama – Yokkaichi – Nagoya – Busan – Vung Tau – Tanjung Pelepas – Singapore – Subic – Manila North Habor – Kaohsiung – Busan – Tokyo
Seahorse service
Shanghai – Ningbo – Kaohsiung – Port Klang – Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Qinzhou – Hong Kong – Shanghai
Orchid service
Fuzhou – Shantou – Hong Kong – Shekou – Yantian – Haiphong – Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Port Klang – Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Haiphong – Nansha – Hong Kong – Fuzhou
As a reminder, the Bengal service upgrade was announced on 24 September 2022. It includes new calls in China and South Korea on the following port rotation:
Qingdao – Busan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Shekou – Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Chattogram – Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Hong Kong – Qingdao.
The first sailing will be MSC EMILY II, on voyage SX241A, ETA 12 October 2022.
Additionally, the Pertiwi service, announced on 2 June 2022 and launched in July, directly links North China and South Korea to southeast Asia, providing improved transit times and more service offerings. The service rotation is:
Busan – Qingdao – Incheon – Dalian – Tianjin Xingang – Vung Tau – Laem Chabang – Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Jakarta – Panjang – Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Busan
