Statement: missing EgyptAir plane

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company confirms that earlier today two vessels within our fleet altered their course to respond to a request for support, in the ongoing efforts to search for the missing EgyptAir plane.

MSC Caitlin and MSC Beatrice, which had been in an area between Crete and Rhodes, joined various other cargo vessels in the vicinity.

MSC Beatrice and MSC Caitlin began their support of the efforts around 6.30am, before continuing with their onward transit.
