MEDLOG to operate the iPort Rail terminal in Doncaster

MEDLOG SA, part of the MSC Group of companies, is pleased to announce that its UK subsidiary has come to an agreement with Verdion and the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan, to operate the iPort Rail terminal in Doncaster, United Kingdom.

Handover of the facility to MEDLOG is expected to complete during Q1 2024, when the lifting and storage of containers at iPort Rail will be performed under the MEDLOG brand. iPort Rail is strategically located within the 800-acre iPort multimodal logistics hub, less than 5 minutes from junction 3 of the M18 motorway in England. It will continue to be an open access terminal, with operations continuing seamlessly and without interruption to its customers. The investment in the iPort Rail terminal is part of the group’s continued investment in intermodal infrastructure in the United Kingdom.
